Mild Curry Powder is a mild, all-in-one curry spice blend with plenty of flavour and gentle warmth – ideal for family curries.
Use it for chicken, lamb, vegetable and lentil curries, coronation chicken, curry sauce, soups, rice, eggs and marinades.

How to use it
- Family curry – Fry an onion, add 1–2 tablespoons for a minute, then add meat or vegetables, tomatoes and stock and simmer.
- Coronation chicken – Stir 1 teaspoon into mayonnaise with mango chutney.
- Curried eggs & rice – Add a pinch to egg mayonnaise or fried rice.

It is a mild blend – use a little less for very young palates.

Around 1–2 tablespoons for a curry for four.
