Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. You can return products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and undamaged.

Items that have been opened or are damaged cannot be returned, unless they arrived faulty or damaged, or are not what you ordered. If so, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo so we can put it right.

To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you wish to return. Returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging.

If you return an item because you changed your mind, the return postage is paid by you. If an item arrived faulty or damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we'll cover the return postage, or refund or replace it without needing it back.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
