Lebanese 7 Spices (sabaa baharat) is a fragrant, warming Lebanese spice mix – the everyday seasoning of the Lebanese kitchen.
Season minced meat for kibbeh and kofta, rub it over lamb or chicken, or stir it into rice, lentils, stuffed vegetables, stews and tomato sauces.

How to use it
- Kofta & kibbeh – Mix 2 teaspoons into 500g minced lamb or beef with grated onion and chopped parsley.
- Rice with mince (hashweh) – Fry minced meat with onion, add 1–2 teaspoons, then cook with rice and stock.
- Roast chicken – Rub over chicken with olive oil, garlic and lemon before roasting.
