Lebanese Chicken Shawarma Spice is a Lebanese-style spice mix for chicken shawarma – warm and aromatic, made to recreate takeaway-style shawarma at home.
Marinate chicken thighs or breast for shawarma wraps and plates, or season chicken wings, skewers, roast chicken, rice and roasted vegetables.

How to use it
- Chicken shawarma – Mix 2 tablespoons with olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic and a spoonful of yoghurt. Marinate 500g chicken thighs for 2 hours (or overnight), then roast or grill and slice thinly.
- Wraps – Serve in flatbread with garlic sauce (toum), pickles, tomato and lettuce.
- Air fryer & BBQ – Great for skewers and wings – cook until the juices run clear.

How long should I marinate?
At least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
