Lebanese Meat Shawarma Spice is a Lebanese-style spice mix for meat shawarma – warm and aromatic, made for thinly sliced lamb and beef.
Marinate lamb or beef for shawarma wraps and plates, season kebabs, kofta and burgers, or add it to rice and roasted vegetables.

How to use it
- Lamb or beef shawarma – Mix 2 tablespoons with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and a little vinegar. Marinate 500g thinly sliced meat overnight, then sear in a very hot pan or grill.
- Wraps & plates – Serve with tahini sauce, pickles, onions, parsley and flatbread.
- Kofta & burgers – Mix 1–2 teaspoons into 500g minced meat.

How long should I marinate?
Overnight gives the best flavour for lamb and beef.
