Hot Curry Powder is a hot, all-in-one curry spice blend – everything you need for a fiery curry in one pack.
Use it for chicken, lamb, beef, fish, vegetable and lentil curries, curry sauce, marinades, roast potatoes, rice and soups.

How to use it
- Quick curry – Fry an onion, add 1–2 tablespoons of curry powder for a minute, then add meat or vegetables, tomatoes and stock and simmer.
- Curry sauce – Whisk into a roux or gravy for chip-shop-style curry sauce.
- Roast potatoes – Toss with oil and 1 teaspoon before roasting.

Around 1–2 tablespoons for a curry for four.
