Add it to curries, dals, chilli con carne, hummus and dips, falafel, marinades, spice rubs, roasted vegetables and rice dishes.

How to use it
- Curries & dal – Fry 1–2 teaspoons briefly in oil with the onions to bring out the flavour.
- Hummus & dips – Stir ½ teaspoon into hummus, yoghurt dips or baba ganoush.
- Rubs – Mix with paprika, garlic powder and salt for chicken, lamb or vegetables.
