Ground Cloves is ground whole cloves – intensely warm, sweet and aromatic. It is very strong, so a pinch goes a long way.
Add it to Christmas cake, gingerbread, mulled drinks, apple pies and crumbles, ham glazes, curries, biryani, tagines and spice blends.

How to use it
- Baking – Add ¼–½ teaspoon to gingerbread, fruit cake or apple pie.
