About this product
Ground Cardamom is ground cardamom – intensely fragrant, sweet and floral, with citrus and eucalyptus notes. It is a signature flavour of Arabic coffee, Indian sweets and Scandinavian baking.
Add it to Arabic coffee and chai, rice pudding, kheer, maamoul and baklava, cakes, buns and biscuits, biryani, curries and spiced rice.

How to use it
- Arabic coffee & chai – Add a pinch per cup while brewing.
- Desserts – Stir ¼–½ teaspoon into rice pudding, custard or kheer.
- Baking – Add ½ teaspoon to cake batters, buns and biscuits.
