Greenfields Ground Cinnamon is a warming spice with a sweet, woody fragrance for both sweet and savoury cooking. Greenfields’ ground cinnamon is the cassia variety. Greenfields is a London-based herbs and spices brand that has supplied quality ingredients since 1982.

Bake it into cakes, biscuits, buns and crumbles, sprinkle it over porridge, coffee and rice pudding, or add depth to curries, tagines, chilli and spice rubs.
