Add it towards the end of cooking curries, dals and soups, season meat, fish and vegetable dishes, or mix it into marinades, rice dishes and samosa fillings.
How to use it
- Curries & dal – Stir in 1–2 teaspoons during the last few minutes of cooking for the best aroma.
- Marinades – Mix with yoghurt, garlic, ginger and lemon juice for chicken, lamb or paneer.
- Roasted vegetables – Toss potatoes, cauliflower or squash with oil and 1 teaspoon before roasting.
