How to use it
- Roasts – Rub over chicken or lamb with olive oil, garlic and lemon.
- Stews & casseroles – Add 1 teaspoon early in cooking so the flavour can develop.
- Bread & focaccia – Sprinkle over the dough with olive oil and sea salt before baking.
