How to use it

• Sage & onion stuffing – Mix 1–2 teaspoons, crumbled, with breadcrumbs, softened onion and butter.
• Brown butter sauce – Warm crumbled leaves in butter until fragrant and spoon over pasta, gnocchi or squash.
• Roast pork & chicken – Rub over the meat with oil, salt and garlic before roasting.
