Greenfields Dried Sage 50g

Greenfields Sage is aromatic, earthy and slightly peppery dried sage with savoury notes and hints of pine and citrus – a classic herb for roasts, stuffing and pasta. Greenfields is a London-based herbs and spices brand that has supplied quality ingredients since 1982.

Use it in sage and onion stuffing, with duck and chicken, in sausages and meatballs, and in butter sauces for pasta, gnocchi and squash.

How to use it

• Stuffing – Mix 1–2 teaspoons with breadcrumbs, softened onion and butter.
• Pork & duck – Rub over the meat with salt, pepper and oil before roasting.
• Pasta & gnocchi – Warm a teaspoon in butter until fragrant and toss with pasta, gnocchi or roasted squash.
