Ideal for roast meats (especially lamb), soups, stews, breads and focaccia, roast vegetables and potatoes, infused oils, rubs and herb butters.
How to use it
- Roast lamb – Rub with olive oil, garlic, salt and 2 teaspoons of rosemary before roasting.
- Roast potatoes – Toss with oil, salt and a teaspoon of rosemary before roasting.
- Focaccia – Press into the dough with olive oil and sea salt before baking.
