Essential for tomato sauces and pizza, and great in dressings, marinades and Greek salad, and with vegetables, pulses and cheese dishes.
How to use it
- Pizza – Sprinkle over the tomato base before baking.
- Greek salad – Scatter over tomatoes, cucumber, olives and feta with olive oil.
- Marinades – Mix with olive oil, lemon and garlic for chicken, lamb or vegetables.
