Make mint sauce for lamb, stir it into yoghurt dips such as cacık and tzatziki, salads, soups, rice and lentils, or steep it for a refreshing mint tea.
How to use it
- Mint sauce – Mix 2 tablespoons with 1 tablespoon sugar and a splash of boiling water, then add 3–4 tablespoons vinegar and leave to infuse.
- Yoghurt dip – Stir 1 teaspoon into yoghurt with grated cucumber and garlic.
- Mint tea – Steep 1 teaspoon in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes, then strain.
