Greenfields Crushed Chilli is crushed dried red chilli that adds smoky, fiery heat and flavour to a wide range of dishes – just pure crushed chillies, with no added salt or oil. Greenfields is a London-based herbs and spices brand that has supplied quality ingredients since 1982.
Sprinkle it over pizza, pasta, noodles and eggs, add it to curries, chilli con carne, stir-fries and marinades, or warm it gently in oil for a quick chilli oil.
How to use it
- Pizza & pasta – Sprinkle a pinch over just before serving.
- Curries & chilli – Add ½–1 teaspoon with the onions and spices, then more to taste.
- Chilli oil – Warm 2 tablespoons gently in 150ml oil, cool, and keep in a clean jar in the fridge.
