Garlic Flakes are slices of dried garlic – real garlic flavour with no peeling or chopping, ready to rehydrate in cooking or crisp up in oil.
Add them to soups, stews, curries, sauces and stir-fries, fry them until golden for crispy garlic, or grind them into rubs and seasonings.

How to use it
- Soups & stews – Add a teaspoon directly to the pot – they soften as they cook.
- Crispy garlic – Fry gently in oil until pale golden, then drain – great over noodles and rice.
- Rehydrate – Soak in warm water for 10–15 minutes before using like fresh garlic.
