Fenugreek Seeds are whole fenugreek seeds – small, golden and slightly bitter, with a nutty, maple-like aroma when toasted.
Temper them in hot oil for dals, curries and pickles, grind them into spice blends, soak and sprout them, or use them in Middle Eastern helbeh cake and hilbeh.

How to use it
- Tempering – Fry ½ teaspoon in hot oil until a shade darker – do not burn – then add to dal or curry.
- Pickles – Add whole seeds to mango, lime or vegetable pickles.
- Spice blends – Toast lightly and grind into curry powders.
