Brew a pot for the family or a single cup with an infuser; enjoy plain, with lemon, honey or fresh mint, or chilled as iced green tea. A 225g tin makes around 110 cups (2g each).
How to enjoy it
- How to brew – Use 1 teaspoon (about 2g) per cup. Let boiled water cool for 2–3 minutes (to around 80°C), pour over and brew for 2–3 minutes. Brewing too hot or too long can make green tea bitter.
- Serving ideas – Enjoy plain, or with a slice of lemon, a spoon of honey or fresh mint leaves. Also delicious iced.
