Greenfields Dried Chamomile Flowers 40g

Greenfields Chamomile is whole dried chamomile flowers with a soft, floral, honey- and apple-like flavour – naturally caffeine free. Greenfields is a London-based herbs and spices brand that has supplied quality ingredients since 1982.

Steep the flowers in hot (not boiling) water for a light herbal infusion, or use them to infuse desserts, syrups, custards and cocktails.

How to enjoy it

• Chamomile tea – Steep 1–2 teaspoons in a cup of hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes, then strain. Add honey or lemon to taste.
• Desserts & syrups – Infuse in warm milk, cream or sugar syrup for custards, panna cotta or cocktails.
• Iced – Brew double strength, cool and pour over ice.

How should I store it?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pack (or decant into an airtight jar) after opening.
