Red Shish Taouk Spice is a Lebanese-style red spice mix for shish taouk – the classic garlicky, lemony grilled chicken skewers.
Marinate chicken cubes for skewers, wraps and plates, or season wings, drumsticks and roast chicken for the grill, oven or air fryer.

How to use it
- Shish taouk – Mix 2 tablespoons with 3 tablespoons yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice and crushed garlic. Marinate 500g chicken cubes for 2–4 hours, thread onto skewers and grill.
- Wraps – Serve in flatbread with garlic sauce, pickles and fries.
- Wings & drumsticks – Coat with the marinade and roast or air-fry until cooked through.
