Peri Peri Seasoning is a spicy, tangy peri-peri (piri piri) seasoning for chicken, chips and grilled food.
Rub it onto chicken, wings, prawns or halloumi before grilling, sprinkle it over chips, wedges and roasted potatoes, or stir it into mayonnaise, sauces and marinades.

How to use it
- Peri-peri chicken – Mix 2 tablespoons with 3 tablespoons oil, lemon juice and a crushed garlic clove. Marinate chicken for an hour, then grill or roast.
- Peri-peri chips – Toss hot chips or wedges with a pinch of seasoning.
- Peri mayo – Stir ½ teaspoon into mayonnaise with a squeeze of lemon.
