Cinnamon Sticks are whole cinnamon sticks with a warm, sweet, gently spiced aroma – made for infusing and long, slow simmers.
Add them to mulled wine and cider, hot chocolate, rice pudding and poached fruit, or to biryani, pilau, curries, stews and tagines, then remove before serving.

How to use it
- Mulled wine – Simmer 1–2 sticks with red wine, orange, cloves and sugar – do not let it boil.
- Rice & curries – Add a stick to the oil at the start of cooking biryani, pilau or curry.
- Desserts & drinks – Infuse in milk for rice pudding, or simmer in water for cinnamon tea.
