Crushed Chilli is crushed dried red chilli that adds fiery heat and colour to a wide range of dishes.
Sprinkle it over pizza, pasta, noodles and eggs, add it to curries, chilli con carne, stir-fries and marinades, or warm it gently in oil for homemade chilli oil.

How to use it
- Pizza & pasta – Sprinkle a pinch over just before serving.
- Curries & chilli – Add ½–1 teaspoon with the onions and spices, then more to taste.
- Chilli oil – Warm 2 tablespoons gently in 150ml oil, cool, and keep in a clean jar in the fridge.
