Add it to cakes, biscuits, ka’ak and maamoul, custards and puddings, whipped cream, milkshakes, hot drinks and Middle Eastern sweets.

How to use it
- Cakes & biscuits – Add a small pinch to the dry ingredients – it is concentrated, so check the pack for the recommended amount.
- Puddings & custard – Stir a pinch into the hot milk.
