Dried Mint is dried mint – bright, refreshing and aromatic. Rub it between your fingers before use to release the flavour.
Make mint sauce for lamb, stir it into yoghurt dips such as tzatziki and laban bi khiyar, fattoush and salads, soups, rice and lentils, or steep it for mint tea.

How to use it
- Mint sauce – Mix 2 tablespoons with 1 tablespoon sugar and a splash of boiling water, then add 3–4 tablespoons vinegar and leave to infuse.
- Yoghurt dip – Stir 1 teaspoon into yoghurt with grated cucumber and garlic.
- Mint tea – Steep 1 teaspoon in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes, then strain.
