How to enjoy them
- With coffee or tea – Serve with Arabic coffee (qahwa), mint tea or your favourite brew.
- Breaking the fast – A few dates and a glass of water at iftar – the traditional way to open the fast in Ramadan.
- For guests – Tip them into a bowl or arrange them on a plate for visitors, Eid gatherings and family get-togethers.
- In the kitchen – Stone and stuff with nuts or cream cheese, chop into porridge, yoghurt and salads, or blend into smoothies and date paste.

Yes – these are whole dates with the stone in, as traditionally served. Please take care when eating and keep them away from small children.

The 450g tray suits one household; the 800g tray is the better buy for families, Ramadan, Eid and sharing with guests.
