Madina Halal Honeycomb Toffee 100g

Madina Halal Honeycomb Toffee is classic honeycomb – cinder toffee – in chunky, irregular golden pieces: light, airy and crunchy, with the deep caramel taste of proper toffee, melting on the tongue. It is the sweet of Bonfire Night and the sweet-shop counter, and this one is labelled Halal on the pack. Choose a resealable pouch or a clear tub with a lid, and a pack of 1, 2 or 4, from the options above. Each pack holds 100g.

Eat it by the piece, put it out for Eid, Ramadan, Bonfire Night, Halloween and parties, drop a tub into a gift hamper or stocking, crush it over ice cream, cheesecake, cupcakes and brownies, fold it into rocky road, or dip the pieces in melted chocolate for homemade chocolate honeycomb.

Please note: Honeycomb is made in batches, so the size of the pieces, the colour and the amount of crumb vary from pack to pack. It is fragile – a few pieces may break in the post.

Ways to enjoy honeycomb toffee

• By the piece – Straight from the pack – a light, crunchy sweet that melts on the tongue. Great with a cup of tea or coffee.

What is honeycomb toffee?

A light, crunchy toffee full of tiny bubbles – also called cinder toffee, hokey pokey or sponge toffee. Think of the inside of a chocolate-coated honeycomb bar, without the chocolate.

Pouch or tub?

Both hold 100g of the same honeycomb. The pouch is resealable and the best value; the clear tub with a lid is nicer for gifting and for putting on the table.

Does it contain allergens?

How long does it keep?

Unopened, until the best before date on the pack. Once opened, keep it sealed and dry and eat it within a few days – honeycomb goes sticky in damp air.

Why is some of it broken?

Honeycomb is fragile. We pack it carefully, but a few pieces may break in transit – the crumbs are perfect over ice cream.
