Good to know
What are stuffed dates?
Pitted dates with a nut pressed into the middle – here cashews. They are a traditional sweet for Ramadan, Eid and welcoming guests across the Middle East.
Do they contain nuts?
Yes – every date is filled with nuts, so they are not suitable for anyone with a tree nut allergy. Please read the pack label for the full allergy information.
Are the dates pitted?
Yes – the nut sits in place of the stone. As with all pitted dates, a small stone fragment may occasionally remain, so please take care when eating.
Which size should I choose?
The 250g box is a neat gift for one household or a small gathering; the 400g box is better for sharing at Ramadan, Eid and family get-togethers.
